User Agreement
• Access to and use of this website is subject to the Terms and Conditions of this   User Agreement and Copyright Notice and all applicable laws and regulations,   including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademark. By accessing this   website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, all of the Terms and   Conditions in this user agreement. WYWDS can change these terms and conditions   at any time. The changes will appear on this screen. By using this website, you   agree in advance to accept any changes.

Privacy
• WYWDS may collect any or all of the information that you give us depending on the   type of transaction you enter into, including your name, address, telephone number   and email address, together with data about your use of the website.
• By agreeing these Terms & Conditions you agree to give WYWDS permission to   pass your details to any third party that requires your details to enable your website   to be setup.
• WYWDS will require the client's personal information for domain registration and will   register the domain name on the client's behalf.
• All personal information provided to WYWDS must be correct. If it is not correct then   WYWDS cannot be held responsible for any problems that may be caused and any   monies paid by the client to WYWDS are non-refundable.
• When an enquiry form is submitted your IP address will be logged.

Payment
• Before any design work is carried out the client will pay a non-refundable deposit of   £50. When a design is agreed and before any further work takes place a non   refundable interim payment of £100 is payable. Any changes to the agreed design    after the interim payment is made may attract a fee.
• The balance is due within 28 days of the website completion date. By paying the   balance of the website fee the client is acknowledging that they are happy with their   website and WYWDS has fulfilled the Contract.
• All the client's website design files, domain name and web hosting remain the   property of WYWDS until all outstanding fees have been paid.
• Payment can be made by cheque or credit card.
• Future web hosting and domain re-registration fees have to be paid in full 1 month   before the respective renewal date.
• Payment for website updates must be paid in full within 14 days of completion.   WYWDS reserve the right to delete any website update work carried out that has not   been paid for by the client.

Website Code
• All websites are built in static HTML code and do not include any Flash, PHP, ASP,   Ecommerce or any other types of coding.

Website Hosting
• Web hosting is provided by a third party and WYWDS is not responsible for any   problems with regards to web hosting that is out of the control of WYWDS.
• If you already have web hosting and it is not suitable for the website design we   provide then extra costs may be incurred to upgrade your current web hosting   package.
• A client can request their web hosting account details at any time but once a client   has login details for their website account and hosting then WYWDS are not   responsible for the website content, renewal of hosting or domain and will not offer   any kind of support.
• If the client's website has a Contact Form then it will cease to work if the client   requires web hosting login information for their website or decides to use anyone   other than WYWDS for website updates.

Website Security
• All reasonable steps are taken to ensure the security of your website but WYWDS   are not responsible for any loss you may incur due to any malicious activity by a   third party.

Copyright
• The client must own the copyright or have written permission from the copyright   owner for all images, video, music and text provided to WYWDS for use on the   client's website.
• WYWDS is not responsible for the content provided by the client for their website.

Business Listings
• The client's website must display a full contact address to qualify for the Directory   listing and registration with Google Business Maps.

Advanced SEO Guarantee
• Websites that have Advanced SEO applied to them and do not appear in the first 3   pages of www.google.co.uk (UK pages) search engine results for their relevant   keywords that were agreed within 12 months of the start of the Advanced SEO   service will have a full refund of £300 paid to the owner of the website. The clients   website must be live 100% of the time during the 12 months and be under total   control of WYWDS. If the client cancels the website within the 12 month period no   refunds are paid.
