Do I have to register my website domain name?
No, we take care of that after you have given us all your details.

No, we set up web hosting to suit your requirements for you.
What do you need from me?
We need a description of what you want your website to do plus you supply the text and images you want to appear.

Don't worry, not many clients do know what they want. We will work with you to create the exact website you want.
How long will it take to create my web site?
It depends on many factors but as a rough guide from start to finish approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
How will I collect my website emails?
There are 2 ways to read emails sent to your website. The first method is to have your website emails redirected to your existing email address you have with your internet provider. The second method is Webmail which is similar to Hotmail as you can login from any computer anywhere in the world and read your website emails.
How do I pay you?
You will receive a Paypal invoice by email which you can pay by with your credit/debit card. We are a fully verified Paypal Merchant. Alternatively you can pay by cheque.
Do your prices include VAT?
There is no VAT to pay on top of our prices. The price you see is the price you pay, there are no hidden extras.
How do I change things on my website in the future?
All you have to do is contact us and we will make the changes within 24 hours. Simple text updates are free but there is a charge for more complex changes.
Why do I have to pay a 50% deposit?
You only pay this after you are happy with the initial design concept. By paying a deposit we are sure you are committed to the project as much as we are. |
